Delete your account

This removes your MockStop account and your practice history. It happens immediately and it cannot be undone.

What gets deleted

• Your email address and your account
• Every practice stop, with the answers and transcripts
• Your readiness history and your skill scores
• Your training sessions, devices and preferences

What stays, and why

• Roadside reports you filed, with the link to you removed. They hold a state and a week and were never personal. Deleting them would degrade the shared picture every other driver relies on.
• A record that a deletion was requested. Dates and counts only, no content — it exists so the promise on this page is auditable.

If you pay for MockStop, cancel your plan first. Deleting the account does not stop a subscription billed by our payment provider.

Confirm it is you

We email a 6-digit code to the address on the account. Nobody can delete your practice by typing your address, which is why this takes two steps.
