- Being misheard never counts against you. A noisy yard is not a wrong answer, and it is reported separately from your score.
- Answering in your own language is never marked wrong. At a real stop the officer would ask again. So does MockStop.
- A skill you have not practised reads “Not assessed”. Never zero. Not having started is not the same as doing badly.

Is this an official test?
No. MockStop is practice. Readiness is a training indicator, not an official English proficiency assessment, and it does not predict any inspection result.
Do you record my voice?
No. The recogniser runs on your phone and MockStop receives the words, never the audio. There is no column, no file and no request that could carry a recording.
If my school pays, do they own my account?
No. A seat is added access, not replaced access. If they take the seat back you keep every stop you practised, and anything you pay for yourself is untouched.
What can my employer see?
Your readiness, your skill scores, how many stops you have taken and when you last practised. Not your audio, and not a transcript of what you said.
When do the 90 days start?
The day you buy the licence. All your seats run to the same end date, which is the one on your invoice — so “when does this run out” has one answer rather than one per student.
Inside the term you can reassign seats as often as you like. A student who finishes in week six frees their seat for somebody else for the remaining six. If you enrol on a rolling basis, buy a term per intake rather than buying ahead — a seat handed out on day 85 is worth five days, and we would rather say so here than have you find out.
